Howdy There!! I hope your jewelry is everything and more than you dreamed of! First and foremost, we want you to be thrilled with your jewelry and come and shop with us again!! Here's a little info about us... we are a small, handmade jewelry business. This means that either myself or my lovely assistant made your work of art. And we make everything on a made-to-order basis. We generally don't keep a bunch of items in stock.

I know that we aren't perfect and defective jewelry happens. Take a gander below and get familiar with our shipping and exchange policy.

Throwing Stars Jewelry sends every package USPS First Class mail in a padded envelope. If you are worried about your mail getting stolen, please Please PLEASE add "signature required" or "insurance" to your jewelry. Additional fees may be required.

If your package ends up MISSING, I will do everything I can to help you locate your lost package. However, Throwing Stars Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages in the mail. Again, I highly recommend insurance for your jewelry.

DEFECTIVE JEWELRY (aka: MY BAD): If you are returning a piece of jewelry because it was defective or we shipped you jewelry that you did not order, Throwing Stars LLC will pay the return-shipping costs. You can expect the correct piece of jewelry within 3-5 business days of our receipt of your merchandise, providing it arrives safely.

EXCHANGE POLICY: Do to the small nature of our business, exchanges must be made within 7 days of your receipt of merchandise. If you are exchanging your jewelry for another item or for a different size, we will not be able to pay the return shipping costs of the exchanged items. Refunds will not be accepted.

If the item you received was a gift, you will receive a Throwing Stars Jewelry store credit for the merchandise once it is returned.

Please insure and track packages mailed back to Throwing Stars LLC. We cannot accept items that have been damaged, altered, or worn. Repack the jewelry in bubble mailing material; you are responsible for items damaged in return transit.

CUSTOM ORDERS: For "custom" or "personalized" orders we will email you a photo of your jewelry for final approval, before we ship. As a result, we will NOT be able to do a refund or exchange.
