Shipping
Free UPS Ground shipping when you spend more than $100. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Orders typically ship within 5 business days via UPS Ground. Custom necklaces require an additional 2 weeks for creation.
Throwing Stars Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you would like shipping insurance, email sales@throwingstarsjewelry.com and it can be arranged.
Exchanges
Exchanges must be made within 7 days of your receipt of merchandise. Items must be unaltered and unworn.
Return shipping on an exchange is not covered. Please insure and track any package mailed back to Throwing Stars LLC.
If the jewelry was a gift, you will receive a Throwing Stars Jewelry store credit for the merchandise once it is returned.
Custom and personalized work
For fine, custom and personalized jewelry orders we are not able to offer a refund or exchange. You are part of the design process throughout, which is exactly why these pieces cannot be returned.
If something arrives faulty or wrong
If your jewelry is defective, or it is not what you ordered, Throwing Stars LLC will email you a return shipping label and gladly pay the return-shipping costs.
