Terms & Conditions
These conditions govern your use of throwingstarsjewelry.com and related sites operated by Throwing Stars LLC. By using the site you agree to them.
Changes to these terms
Throwing Stars Jewelry may, at its sole discretion, revise or add new terms to these Conditions from time to time without notice.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, graphics, designs, photographs and logos — is the property of Throwing Stars Jewelry or its licensors. You may access and use the materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Product information and pricing
We take care over pricing and product information, but inadvertent errors or inaccurate advertised prices are not binding on Throwing Stars Jewelry. Prices are final and non-negotiable. Purchasing multiple items solely for comparison is not permitted.
Prices on gold pieces reflect the current gold market value and may change with fluctuations in gold pricing.
Orders
An order confirmation does not guarantee completion. Throwing Stars Jewelry is not obligated to complete a customer order, and reserves the right to cancel products or services to any customer for any reason at any time.
Submissions
Any feedback, suggestions or other material you submit becomes the property of Throwing Stars Jewelry, which may use and disseminate it without restriction and without obligation to you.
Jewelry evaluation, cleaning and repair
Cleaning and inspection may reveal pre-existing conditions in a piece. Loose stones cannot be guaranteed safe during cleaning, inspection or repair. No repair work is carried out without your authorization.
Limitation of liability
In no event shall Throwing Stars Jewelry, its officers, employees or agents be liable to you or any third party for damages of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, arising out of your use of this site or any product purchased through it.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any claim arising out of them will be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court.
